Lent begins on February 17th. For me, it is a time of prayer, intention, and fasting.
Each year, I eliminate an edible something from my diet and I also add a non-edible something to my daily routine to enhance and enrich my life for 40 days.
Because it’s still Heart health month and I remain devoted to protecting my health and wellness, I have decided to give up sugar for the next 40 days, and with the intention of eliminating artificial sugars from my daily diet completely.
I have chosen to add journaling to my daily routine for the next 40 days, where I will document my health and wellness commitment. I plan to share exerts of my journal entries with you along the way, because doing this #together will help me and hopefully you too.
